| Apart from being the golf capital of the world Myrtle Beach in South Carolina is a fantastic place for a family or beach holiday with activities including theme and water parks, mini golf, fun-fairs, night life, sports including golf and tremendous shopping including huge outlet malls and several golf superstores.
The summer beach trade brings in the most visitors and as such July and August can be very busy. That said May and June and September are great times to visit Myrtle Beach for some sun, sea and sand and of course... golf.
